BANKRUPT: HEARTLESS DEBT COLLECTORS HARASS ME, SMASH MY STALL & CAUSE MY WIFE TO DIVORCE ME

$

Dear Editors,

I'm the victim of the debt collector incident at Funan food stall. Due to business failure, we owe the supplier some goods money.

The supplier engage the debt collector, Double Ace Associates to collect on behalf for them. The collector went to the Funan stall and smashed our stall. We reported to the police many times. Now I'm a bankruptcy but till now the collector's still come to my house and bang on my door. I have reported to the police and also been to my MP but this still happens occasionally.

Recently the collector's called me up telling me that my debt interest rates getting more. My actual debt is 21K but now they claimed is $32,200 including their salaries. And because of the debt collector's harassment, my wife is going to seek a divorce with me.

I have been seeking help from the government's but till now the debt collectors knows that I am now a bankruptcy but they still call and harass me.
I personally feels that Singapore is still in the late fifties. There's no government's now!

CAN WE TRUST THE POLICE TO BE IMPARTIAL & GIVE US JUSTICE?

Dear ASS Editors,

I refer to the following articles:

http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/driving-instructor-hooligan-stu...
http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/unfair-there-no-police-action-a...

The police chose to take no action against a hooligan who punched a driving instructor. Yet the person who slapped Amos Yee was arrested and jailed. Why the difference in standards?

Based on my understanding, Voluntarily Causing Hurt is a non-arrestable offence. So that means if you punch someone, you won’t get arrested? Let’s go try it now! Can we really trust in a system that works in favor of the offender?

Also, I have heard of at least 3 accounted reports of intimidation from police officers.

http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/elderly-man-threatened-violence...
http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/female-vigilante-busts-illegal-...
http://www.allsingaporestuff.com/article/unpleasant-encounter-bullying-f...

Well, how true these accounts are, I’ll leave that to your own judgment. I’ll just say, if there is smoke, there is likely to be fire. (Sometimes it’s just dry ice, but oh well.)

https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=2168717163269001

In this latest incident, an unruly passenger blocks the bus from leaving. This is very reckless and dangerous behavior, and it is also causing a nuisance to the general public as well. After the police were called in, instead of arresting the person, they allowed him on the bus. They completely downplayed the incident.

There are ways to get the lowest crime rate. Not least of which is not recording down offences at all. Can we really trust the police?

YISHUN CAT KILLER DON'T DESERVE A DEFENSE IN COURT, HE MUST BE PUNISHED

$

Dear ASS,

Pro Bono lawyer for Yishun cat killer, really? Throwing a live animal (maybe one day it will be a human being) from a flat, is never a mentally sound act. But that does not make it OK. If the Yishun cat killer is mentally unsound, the family should take responsibility that he does not roam in the society freely causing harm to others including animals.

However compassionate we try to be, we must realise this kind of act cannot be defended. Appropriate punishment needs to be enforced otherwise others will take this case as an example that they too can start doing heinous acts in the society and hide behind the defence that they were stressed and hence mentally unsound.

It also highlight a fact that families of mentally challenged individuals should try and find help from various government organizations rather that relying of compassion from society to forgive these individuals creating harm to others. It is, what it is, a wrongful and punishable act.

MY MUM JUST PASS AWAY & TOWN COUNCIL COME CHASE FOR HER $0.60 OVERDUE S&CC

Dear ASS Editors,

My mother has just passed away for less than 49 days and the town council already started chasing for her outstanding SC/CC. The notice was not send to my mother's address but my house mailbox!

While I would just think to pay for what has been rightfully due, I was stunned to know that the outstanding is nothing more than 60 cents!

Does the town council need to waste so much resources, or indirectly to be our taxpayers' monies?

LAVENDER MRT JOLLIBEAN SOLD ME SOYMILK WITH BABY COCKROACH, SERVICE RECOVERY INSINCERE

$

0

Dear ASS,

I'm writing this to share with you about my experience with Jollibean Singapore. This incident happened on 15th December 2015 at approximately 5.30pm-5.45pm at the Lavender MRT station outlet.

I purchased a banana soymilk with pearl & 1 pancake. Went over to my friend's workplace to hang around while waiting for another Friend. What happened next was beyond what I expected. I drank from the banana soymilk with pearl & something was caught in my tongue. What assuming it to be was the skin of the banana. But no, it was more horrifying, it was a baby cockroach, the size of about 1cm. (My Friend can be my witness)

Immediately, I went back to the shop demanding to see their in-charge to give me a good explanation. Their in-change wasn't in so I left my number. Within 10 mins I got a call saying it's their in charge & etc. All they said was they're very sorry but of course it's not a light matter so I demanded for an explanation. She told me her outlet manager would call me to explain which seems reasonable.

The outlet manager, Daniel called me asking me for more information like what time I went, which outlet & date. He say he'll get back to me within 2 days after conducting internal investigation. Fine.

3 days later, their customer service department rang me up to compensate, 1st compensation offered was $30 jollibean voucher or $30 sushi voucher under jollibean company, which I declined both.

She called me the following day offering me $100 NTUC voucher which I did not mind accepting. Hence, liased through email for meet ups and etc.
Agreed to meet on 31st Dec at my convenient timing near my workplace( City Hall) but no one got back to me with regards of timing which seems like there's no effort placed into this.

4th of January 2016 at 10.38am, Daniel( outlet manager) rang me up to discuss for arrangement of meet up. But with my hectic working schedule we couldn't find a date so he told me he'll leave it at the lavender jollibean outlet that same day for me to pick up the voucher when it's convenient.

I went down that same day from Pasir Ris & reached at 5.20pm to collect & the staff told me there's no voucher & they both looked stunned about the voucher thing. I told the staff to ring Daniel & he spoke to me over the phone. He told me he forgotten about it & that he took his meds & his very drowsy. This has caused me so much inconvenience. & with regards to how the people involved handle this issue, I feel that there's no sincerity at all neither do they feel that this case is important to them.

In the scenario If Daniel is sick, why couldn't he get someone else to handle it? & he rang me up 3 times after leaving the store in a huff & texted me twice. Why must things come to this extent before putting in the sincerity & effort to get things resolved? It's not a matter of money & compensation that I wish to get. But it's more of them knowing their mistake & me believing in them again & again yet what did I get in return?

Being taken on an empty trip to lavender to collect the voucher but nothing was left there for me. Never had the intention of posting it online but I feel that it's too much. Talking about sincerity Jollibean? Sorry, I feel that you guys have no sincerity & probably you guys took me on a ride.

I've attached the convo of Daniel's texts to me. Why must it be that he only takes action when I'm really really pissed off. It's been ongoing for quite awhile neither did I rush him & I waited patiently yet no actions were taken?

The only reason why I'm posting this is to let people know what I've been through & that I'm very disappointed with Jollibean. Sorry Jollibean, you've lost my vote.

FOREIGN TALENT SPORTS SCHEME HAS BROUGHT S'PORE NOT PRIDE BUT UTTER DISGUST

Dear Editors,

Here is my round up of PAP’s utterly flawed Sports Foreign Talent policy.

SG Soccer had Croatian-born Mirko Grabovac, Brazilian-born Egmar Goncalves, English defender Daniel Bennett, Nigerian-born pair of Agu Casmir and Itimi Dickson.

SG Athletics had Du Xianhui, Zhang Guirong and Dong Enxin.

SG Badminton had Ronald Susilo

SG Table Tennis had Li Jiawei, Wang Yuegu, Feng Tian Wei

What has the PAP’s Sports Foreign Talent Policy brought us? Only utter disgust!

The same is likely to happen to PAP’s Foreign Talent Policy. The overall PAP FT Policy is likely to end up the same as the Sports FT policy...utter disgust!

BUKIT PANJANG FOODFARE REFUSE TO HONOUR ELDERLY & STUDENT DISCOUNTS

$

Dear Editors,

Just sharing in case anyone get cheated again!!. I went to bukit panjang hawker today and i went to this store name ricegarden mix vegetable rice by ntuc foodfare. Its stated on the cashier that 1 meat and 2 vegetable is $2.70. If you have any concession pass or senior citizen or any ntuc plus member you enjoy it at $2. So i went to order 1 pork meat ball, eggplant and a steam egg with rice.

When i am done i went to the cashier to have my payment, I showed my ite student pass and the lady told me only the card are accepted stated above. So i actually read the note above "SENIOR CITIZEN AND OTHER CONCESSION CARDHOLDER" i told the lady she said NO ! ONLY THE FEW CARD STATED ABOVE. I actually showed my Nebo ntuc plus member after my student pass is not accepted. The lady told me that again. ONLY 2 TYPE NTUC CARD ARE ACCEPTED! ONE IS NORMAL PLUS NTUC CARD ANOTHER ONE WITH VISA. After that 2 lady insist me to pay $3.50 instead of 2.70. How can she overpriced the item ?!

Take note! If you have senior citizen at home and 1 senior citizen have to takeaway food home for their husband or wife. The sticker doesnt state that each senior citizen with concession pass are only entired one discount!

The story goes like this. There is one uncle infront of me was buying lunchboxes home for his wife and he bought 2 pack from the stall and when the uncle went to cashier for payment and he showed 2 senior citizen concession pass and took out 4 dollar for payment and the lady actually said No! The total is $4.70! The poor uncle actually payment extras instead of 4$.

Is not that i am being cheapskate! There are student and low income family around this neighbourhood. Paying extra 70cent is okay for others how about student ? Student like primary schools ? Or low income family? 70cent maybe mean a lot to them!!

Hope that the foodfare will look into it !!

BEWARE! MY DAUGHTER WAS NEARLY KIDNAPPED AT ANGSANA JB CARPARK

$

Went for shopping at Angsana at JB. We were done with our day and decided to move off from there. So I went to pay for the parking. On our way back to the car which we parked at the side of the road just after the gantry, my wife Shaliza Wati said ‘I almost forgot. We came here to get diapers. We’re out of diapers.’

‘But we just paid for parking. We have 15 minutes to leave after making payment.’ ‘Why don’t you and Aliyah go to the car and set down all these things that we’ve already bought in the car. I’ll be quick.’

So I went with my three year old daughter to the car. It was pretty dimly lit this side of building. I set down my daughter in the car in her car seat and closed the door. Then I began packing the things we bought in the boot. After that I started the car, turned on the air conditioner to cool down the car.

As I sat down in the car, I felt an instinct to lock the car. I turned to Aliyah and started playing with her. So I was seated in the front while Aliyah is seated at the back in her car seat. Suddenly, I heard someone trying to open the door. I looked over the shoulder and saw this guy looking into Aliyah’s side of the window. And when he saw my head turn he fled. I would have gone after him, but that would mean leaving my daughter alone the car.

About a few seconds later my wife came back to the car with the diapers she just bought. When she came into the car, I asked ‘didn’t you see a guy just fleeing from our car? He just tried to open the door to Aliyah’s side of the door.’

My wife was shocked beyond belief.

Moral of the story is, in JB, even when you’re just waiting for awhile in the car, especially with your kids inside, lock the damned door! Seems these people are just trying their luck. If I was any careless Aliyah might have been grabbed.

S'POREAN TEENS NOWADAYS JUST WANT EASY SUCCESS WITHOUT TAKING HARDSHIPS

<Facebook post by Naomi>

Is it just me or many teenagers of my generation in SG are:

1) Big headed - They think they know it all and have seen the world, but actually know nuts about the actual working industry?

2) So hungry for money but are unwilling to start working from the bottom - Being extremely picky about jobs because they can't bear hardship but wish to have high pay.

3) Can't take criticisms - Being wilful and having a "fuck it, I do whatever I want" attitude instead of learning to take criticisms positively and improving yourself.

4) Thinking fame is the way to everything - Doing stupid things or even harming others just to make it to the top.

I feel like there's always room for improvement despite your age and the amount of experience you may have. Having the right attitude beats having the best skills. If you can't even handle simple tasks and going through small setbacks in life, how do you accomplish bigger things in life? ‪#‎randomthoughts‬

Hi A.S.S.

As i was about to have my breakfast on 31st Dec 15 at Changi General Hospital 1983 Cafe, i saw this staff of CGH volunteered himself to assist the blind man, and Queued with him throughout the long Q.

I was very sure it was not part of his job as he had volunteered to assist him randomly outside and the blind man kept insisting that it okay and he can manage and really appreciated his help.

Such initiative should be given a thumbs up!

MY DISASTROUS DATE WITH A SINGAPOREAN GIRL

$

Yesterday, I was supposed to meet up with a girl, whom I knew from online, at 6pm. But unfortunately, one of my colleague took MC yesterday and I had to do a bit OT, which caused me to be late for my date. Right after I finished the last document, I immediately rushed down to Plaza Sing to meet up with her. When I reached the MRT station, there was a long queue as it was peak hour, so I was like "fuck it, I will just walk. It's just 2 MRT stops anyways".

So by the time I reached Dhoby Ghaut, I rushed quickly to the agreed meeting place, Sakae Sushi. I was really embarrassed as it was our first date and I was actually late for an hour! Despite me apologising profusely, I could see that she still wasnt very happy about it and was ready to leave her seat. At that moment, I guess the only way to salvage the situation was to make up a lie that I was caught in a traffic jam due to rush hour. Right after I told her that I was caught in a jam, I could see that her eyes suddenly brighten up, "It's okay, I understand. Let's go get dinner already, Im starving!".

During dinner, we talk about our jobs and what we usually do doing our free time, etc. I would say that the dinner was fine, as she did come up with topics to keep the conversation going too. When the bill came, I offered to pay for it as a form of apology, but surprisingly, she rejected and said it would be her treat instead. Honestly, I felt bad but she kept insisting, and I eventually gave in.

After dinner, I suggested that we watch a movie or something, but she said she's feeling a little tired and would prefer to do something more relaxing. She paused for a minute before jumping up and said "Hey, how about we go for a car ride. You are driving right?!". At this moment, I was starting to panic and drip sweat already, I replied "Uhh umm...y-yea...Im driving". She quickly hooked me by the arm and said "Cmon, let's go get your car then!", "S-Sure..." I replied with a nervous smile. We took the elevator down to the shopping centre's basement, where I claimed to have parked my car at. Inside the lift, she asked "So what car do you drive?". I could feel the beads of my perspiration increasing by the second as I tried my best to avoid all eye contact while replying "A-A...Motorola". The moment the lift reached the carpark and the doors opened, I sprinted off like I was running in the Olympics 4 x 400 metres relay.

Reached home, checked my phone, 20 unread messages and 6 missed calls. Brushed my teeth, cried and went to sleep.

PINOY DESIGNER REFUSED TO PAY TAXI FARE, PLAYED WITH HANDBRAKE & CAUSED DAMAGE

$

47 year-old Filipino Achilles Tomanpos Estremos had been drinking heavily at a bar along Neil Road on 1st May last year when he decided to head home in a taxi.

He boarded a taxi driven by taxi driver Sim Khng Huat 63, along South Bridge Road. As Mr Sim recalled, Estremos smelled strongly of alcohol.

After they arrived at Estremos' destination, the heavily intoxicated Singaporean permanent resident tried to hand Mr Sim a piece of paper to pay for the $7 fare. He also tried to pay by NETS but did not enter the correct PIN number for the transaction to be approved.

Not wanting to trouble himself any further, Mr Sim asked Estremos to alight so he could pick up other passengers. Estremos went into a rage and insisted that he had money to pay for the fare. He lay down on the backseat and kicked the side door several times before using an umbrella to hit the rear windscreen and side window. He also challenged Mr Sim to call the police.

When Mr Sim tried to make the call, Estremos grabbed the elderly man by the shoulder. Mr Sim eventually broke free and locked Estremos inside the taxi while another cabby stopped to help.

Estremos then climbed to the driver seat and released the handbrake, which caused the taxi to roll backwards and dent the other taxi parked behind. When the other driver went into his cab to reverse his taxi, Estremos again released the handbrake and dented the other taxi a second time. He was arrested on the scene by police shortly after.

For causing mischief, the court fined Estremos $6,000. Estremos has also compensated Comfort Transportation $2,280.

He could have been jailed up to 2 years and fined for causing loss or damage to the amount of $500 or upwards.

DO NOT EAT GREEN MUTATED SWEET POTATOES GROWN IN VIETNAM

Hi A.S.S.

My sister bought a packet of Vietnam produce Japanese sweet potatoes from Giant supermarket. she steam it after a few days.

1st day she ate some n keep the balance in the fridge. The following day she took out to warm up in the microwave n she discovered the Colour of the sweet potatoes turn light green n as it rest longer the Color turn to darker green.

Please look at the picture forward herewith.

Today I went to Blk 16 market, I bought some sweet potatoes from the shop. I show the green Color sweet potatoes photos to the lady cashier, I asked her " where do you think this sweet potatoes came from?"

Her reply was swift " it's must be from Vietnam"

Bingo!! She Guess it right.

I went to see Doctor for my hypertension medicine n I show doctor the same photoes, he was shock. I told him the sweet potatoes is from Vietnam n doctor said is the soil problem, it's soil contain a chemical name Agent Orange n this was deeply rooted in the soil.

I suspect it was the war time the American soldiers bomb Vietnam n cause all this destruction to the soil.

Doctors say don't go Vietnam for now as you will eat more of the local grown products.

So die die don't go yet n don't buy product made in Vietnam

BEWARE OF THIS BIG TIME CAROUSELL CONWOMAN, ONCE YOU TRANSFER MONEY SHE WILL VANISH

Dear ASS Editors,

I'm sure the majority of you who read this will know what Carousell is, but if you dont: Carousell is an extremely popular buying/selling platform that most teens and some working adults in Singapore use! 95% of the time it is safe, and most of us on it are genuine and honest sellers/buyers who have integrity. ^ These are listings that a past victim has been putting up to try to warn and steer people away from her. Unfortunately I didn't see this before I gave her my money.
EDIT: I removed her working location, school and censored her phone number because she's returned mine and 5 other victims' money once I posted this. (She did try to make dumb excuses at first but stopped and just admitted after I made it clear that I'm not taking any of her shit.) I'm in the process of getting as many of the other victims' bank info so they will get their money back. So far there's been about 15 of us. Unfortunately, I'm sure there are waaay more people whom she's scammed over this long period of time that I won't be able to contact and help get back their money.

She's an experienced conwoman who has been scamming many innocent people on carousell for years with dozens and dozens of different accounts. She's very polite and prompt in replies, until the moment you transfer her your money. She vanishes into thin air and you won't hear from her again. She will fill her page with listings of items that are relevant in the current, items that are "trendy" or "in", things that people sought after on Carousell. She will list her items at an alarmingly low price, for example: A BNIP Beauty blender for $12 (with the caption that she got it as a gift but she already has 2 back ups) while everyone else on carousell is selling it at $25, more than double her price.

Because majority of us on carousell are looking for quick bargains, so many of us will be baited by her listings on her different accounts that were put up to intentionally tempt us to "buy" from her. I say "buy" because really, she has no intention of selling it to you. She continuously cheats people of their money, gets reported to Carousell admin, gets suspended and hops onto another one of her hundreds of accounts. So far, no one has stopped her because she's smart and quick to disappear without a trace. (Or so she thinks!)

Initially, I gave her the benefit of a doubt and even told her I understood if she had not mailed out the items like she said she would, as it was new years period and she might be busy celebrating and spending time with her family. Still, I got no response from her. After a few days I got really suspicious since she never marked the item I paid for as SOLD, and she also did not click to accept my offer. The items were left on her page, and there were clearly many other interested parties. I found out that I had transferred $42 to her for items that she did not even have anymore.

Since she had two recent positive feedbacks on her page, I assumed she was kinda trustworthy, which I was so wrong about. I messaged the two girls who left her feedbacks, and their deals were successful because they did meet ups. None of them had her contact number, and they both said that she works at NEX wearing her black Sephora uniform, and stays near Cove LRT. I checked with one of them and found out that she actually purchased the exact same items that I had bought! She was collecting money for items that were already sold! How f'ed up is that?!

I was going to comment on all her listings to warn others not to give their money to her, but I saw that someone else who she scammed had already done that. I've been talking to her and since then we have found 2 more girls who have been scammed by the same carousell account, which makes us 4. Note that this is just ONE account which has been up for less than a week, she has SO many more accounts with different names that has been suspended for scamming! Imagine the amount of money and people she has collected from doing this for years!

I messaged her yesterday to tell her that if she does not return me and the other girls' money by 12am last night, that I would be pursuing this matter. She clearly was not afraid at all after having gotten away scot-free hundreds of times. It's unfortunate that most people who get scammed would just let it slide so easily, because now she has scammed even more people and have gotten away with it just like that.

Filzah, sweetie. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. I gave you your chance, and you chose this. I told you I wasn't going to just let this slide. I told you you wouldn't get away with this. Since you refused to return the money you stole, I spent alot of yesterday going back and forth your loopholes, talking to more people, sourcing for more information, and now I know who you are and where you're from. I'm sure you didn't win the "Guess Girl Model Search" for a reason... they probably saw through how fake you are. Karma's coming for you, and it's going to hit you like a truck. In your face.

I refer to the article “Business leaders call for CPF monies to be invested in Singapore shares to help ‘moribund’ market” (Straits Times, Jan 6).

It states that “”Currently, our CPF money is pooled with our other reserves and managed by GIC. Unlike other jurisdictions where their pension funds have provided strong support for their stock market, Singapore rides against the wave by specifically stating as a policy that the funds managed by GIC are to be invested abroad” …

Describing the local share market as “moribund”, SBF said that the Government “should consider separating the CPF component and managing it differently as how pension funds are managed. This will free these funds from the GIC investment restrictions and will likely result in some investments in the Singapore market. These investments will send strong signals on our market to other investment professionals”.

STI returns 1.5% p.a. last 20 years?

Looking at the Straits Times Index (STI) historical chart on Yahoo Finance Singapore – the returns for the last 5, 10 and 20 years is only about -13.1, 36 and 35 per cent, respectively – annualised returns of only about -2.8, 3.1 and 1.5 per cent respectively.

Given the dismal performance – is it a good idea to invest CPF in Singapore stocks?

CPF members don’t benefit from GIC’s returns?

As to “CPF members currently receive a fixed interest rate on their CPF funds.

The interest is paid out from Special Singapore Government Securities (SSGS) that are issued and guaranteed by the government which CPF board has invested in with the CPF monies.

GIC manages the CPF proceeds as well as other government assets” – how would Singaporean CPF members benefit when their CPF interest is fixed – regardless of the GIC’s returns derived from investing our CPF funds?

Took a luxury coach from Singapore to KL on new year eve to celebrate coutndown.

Purposely booked a luxury coach - Nice Imperial to celebrate new year. But actually it is not!

Bus delayed, crowded of customer waiting at Beach Plaza there and counter staff not friendly at all.

After boarding, no wifi been provided in the coach. Trying to cheat customer? You highlighted in advertisement that 'Wifi' is one of your attractiveness.

Ok, fine. The most terrible, the luxury coach actually come with the lousiest car engine. Coach just entered into JB highway and suddenly stop at roadside for at least half n hour without any announcement. Customer go and find out then just realize the luxury coach was break down.

We ask the hostess what is the arrangement now and she reply no arrangement, just wait for mechanic, Dik..dok..dik..dok,.. we remained at our seat for more than an hour. A caucasian mother complaint to the hostess because she experienced the same scenario when travel from KL to SG via Nice Imperial. The hostess reply her rudely, " You thought the bus belong to you only". Such a good service!

Luckily that is a normal coach help out and I changed to that coach. I pay luxury coach ticket and enjoy normal coach service. No sorry from the hostess/driver..Write in to Nice to request for refund also respond.

What for to take luxury coach next time?

AMOS YEE: I LIED TO THE POLICE & THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT

$

Oh yeah, since it’s obvious I wouldn’t be caught by the police, and if I actually did, I’ll be in jail long enough anyways that adding a few more crimes to my record wouldn’t make much of a difference, so I’m going to admit to another mini-crime I committed.

So on the day the police came to my house at 9am, passing me a police report and told me I was under investigation for ‘intending to wound religious feelings’ (https://www.facebook.com/286808914699053/photos/a.441740122539264.95839....), they also asked me to hand over the device I posted the ‘hurtful’ blog posts on, saying that they ‘need it for their investigation’

Now before that when my items were confiscated by the police because of the lee kuan yew video, I kind of portrayed with several facebook posts that the police were looking through my items and invading my privacy, (https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=971937696186168&id=286...) so as to create outrage towards the police and pressure them to return the items back, which fucking worked (https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=972406426139295&id=286... )

Now I wrote those public facebook posts really, not because I needed the items back urgently or that I was afraid they would invade my privacy. Dodwell (my pro bono lawyer) assured me that the prosecutor told him, the police did not do anything with the items and simply put the stuff in a plastic bag. And I know these government dog lawyers from AGC would not want to be liable for a defamation suit, especially since defamation suits is one of the prime weapons of their canine leader.

They took my items; but it was not ‘to assist in their investigation’ they did not investigate shit, it’s really a euphemism for confiscating your items (many of them not related to related to the case at all https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=886799441366661&id=286... ) before you’re deemed guilty; it is essentially stealing condoned by singapore law and unlike other thieves they don’t even use the items they take. This aspect, all of you should condemn; the police taking my items to invade my privacy though, that never happened, at least for my case (I literally turned on the confiscated desktop from sleep mode and the display was exactly the same before the computer was taken; 50 plus tabs on mozilla firefox; 21 plus microsoft word documents and the movie ‘Mr Turner’ playing).

So why did I make it seem like they were invading my privacy? Solely to more effectively fuck with the singapore police (which yes I did lie to you fellow audience, but from the effect created you very much welcome it don’t you? :) ).The added element of ‘police is invading my privacy’ engenders much more hateful feelings to the singapore police, and more effectively embarrases them and the singapore government (That’s what I do; I am a sadist; fortunately the people I fuck with deserve it and you like to see me fuck with them don’t you? :D)

And furthermore, to mock the paranoia of singaporeans who think the singapore police are actually intimidating and would ‘bug’ my computer. This is the kind of retarded paranoia formed by dumb fuck opposition supporters that induces unneeded fear to people, and prevents them from speaking up against the government under the guise of being ‘realistic’. I actually heard roy ngerng was so fearful about his confiscated computer being ‘bugged’, once he retrieved it back, he threw the confiscated one away and replaced it with a new one. Jesus, what a waste of money. For non-murderous christ’s sakes, don’t be so intimidated by the police; they’re really fucking noobs, and if they actually do bug your computer, complain about it online; imagine what it would do to their reputation; they’ll lose out more than you believe me.

Anyways, there were 2 police officers that came to my doorstep. The male one who spoke to me, had the face of a slave; that blank stare and moveless eyes of somebody who has robotically followed orders and protocol all their lives; inundated with sadness; but never aware of his state of depression because he’s gotten so used to it. His female lackey, also had a similar face, as if she needed to be awaken by plunging a large dick into her mouth.

So once they asked me to the hand the device over, I told them I couldn’t because I used my ‘friend’s laptop’ to upload the blog post, and it’s with him. Now of course, that’s a complete lie. I was using my own personal $1800 Asus gaming laptop (the money I also took from the crowdfund I hope they won’t mind XD) in my room; which is the laptop I’m using right now to also type this facebook post on Google docs; and of course I didn’t want to fucking hand that awesome computer over.

So the police handed me the investigation form and then went, but 10 minutes later, they came back and insisted they needed the device immediately to ‘conduct their investigation’(yes they sure do; they singapore police is so good that they don’t even need to touch items to investigate them; maybe they are psychic) and told me to tell them my friend’s name and hand over the address of my friend’s house so they can retrieve the laptop.

I refused, and then made up some story about how I didn’t want to because I don’t want to cause distress to him and his family by having the police arrive to their house.

And then the officer said something along the lines of, ‘Even after I told you? Even after I told you we need it for the investigation, you still aren’t willing to comply?’

And I was like, “Yeah..’

Then the officer, really starting to feel the weight of his raging nipples, asked “can you call him now and tell him to bring it over”.

So I literally went to my house kitchen where the police couldn’t see me, waited for 4 minutes to make it seem like I was ‘calling my friend’, and then went back and told them, “Yeah my friend isn’t willing to do it, especially since I wasn’t even charged yet or found guilty yet” (But of course I was fully aware of the ‘guilty till found innocent’ ‘logic’ of singapore law).

The male officer and his female lackey were really starting to fidget and sweat, like dogs in a puddle, and so to further smack their hyney, I leaned on the door beside me and smugly asked, ‘So I refuse to reveal the identity of my friend and his address, does that mean I’m going to be charged for not complying with a police officer?’

And so he replied, “Maybe. Now we’re undergoing investigation so whether you get charged for this wounding religious feelings we’re unsure, everything is ‘maybe”.

Well horrendous english aside (These guys probably went to more years of school than me), they might have claimed that they didn’t know I would be charged, but I certainly knew I would (you have to prolong repressed rage I mean… maintain ‘peace and harmony among religions’), which is why I even didn’t waste my time to go for the investigation naively thinking I there was chance I would be let-off scot-free, but instead went on the run, (it was utterly stunning how quick-thinking to plan and execute the run in less than 12 hours), and the dumb police has been chasing me every since.

The initial non-compliance with the police officer though, they wouldn’t take any action if I eventually did give the laptop once I was charged, that unwillingness to fully disclose information is way too minor for them to charge me for (especially since they know I’m popular and would fuck them up if they did). And if I actually went for the investigation and wanted to prevent them from knowing that I lied, I would just send them a blank laptop that they would totally use for their ‘investigation’, and ask one of my many opposition-supporter friends to act as that person who lent me the computer (I’m sure I’ll be able to find one). But of course I don’t have to go through that hassle, because the fuckers can’t find me, and so can’t do shit; HAHAHAHAHA!!

Now the male police officer, vagina overflowing with sand (It brings me much pleasure to see those police scum squirm) , perhaps he had a hint I was lying, or more probably (because they really aren’t smart people who would be able to identify a liar), was desperately attempting to be intimidating when he really failing to be in front a 17-year-old boy, told me “if we find out that you didn’t actually use your friend’s laptop, you can be said to have committed another crime and be charged in court”, so there you go, this blog post is full-proof evidence I’ve committed another crime; catch me if you can MOTHERFUCKERS!! :D

The male officer then told the bitch to write down a statement, which she did with a frightening hastiness like that of an unflowered virgin girl yearning for cock. And on the piece of paper I think she wrote‘my friend’s laptop’ and told me to sign it to verify that was the device used.

Now, I think they wanted me to sign that statement to act as proof that I said I used my friend’s computer, so that if they eventually found out I did lie, they could immediately have solid proof and charge me in court. But writing that statement and asking me to sign it is completely useless, because of course we know in the context of the incredibly just singapore law, the verbal statement would be enough; the court would definitely believe dogs of the same breed, and the male police officer could validate his claim about how he had his totally-would-not-lie bitch witness. The only reason I can think of why police would still do that is because it was part of their ‘protocol’, the best servant is one who follow orders that do not make sense and doesn’t question.

So I once again refused (because for people who gets a job with authority that they don’t deserve and is used to getting subservient singaporeans to comply with them (that’s probably the main reason why they chose this profession), it really pisses them off, which continues to bring me utter joy) saying that I am not obligated too.

For anyone who’s under investigation with the police or is even charged for a crime, don’t make the same mistake I did and waste your fucking time; you neither have to comply with the police for hours and write that long-winded statement (an activity so boring only students could handle), or sign it. Really, my buddy from changi prison who committed assault with a wine bottle refused to sign his statement, and the police didn’t do jack shit. The only pseudo-plausible reason to hang out with those lifeless drones and write those statements is to act as an activity in prison to kill time. But really, reading books, meditating or talking to yourself in the cell is a much more productive way to spend your time believe me (changi prison was quite relaxing). They will not charge you for not signing or writing your statement, and if they do, tell me and I’ll flame them on the internet for you; they’ll lose out much more than you believe me.

And the police, in another vain attempt to lessen their humiliation, told me that if I did not bring the laptop to the investigation a few days later, said they might have to take ‘further action’, and I’m guessing what that means is breaking into my house and once again taking several important items to me that aren’t related to the case at all, making it temporarily inconvenient for me to continue my internet activities. But alas chumps, before that, I took those items, and ran away, so the only ‘action’ they will ever get is in a brothel.

So now that I’ve blatantly admitted this crime online, I will definitely be charged and sentenced for deliberately lying to a police officer IF the actually manage to capture me, which they can’t; AH-HAH! :D

I think I could have not lied and just said I was using my own laptop but refused to give it to them and they wouldn’t have broken into my house and taken my laptop before I managed to execute the run, but it did provide an easier excuse to keep my awesome laptop I play steam games on, and I also gained the accomplishment of lying to the police.

In this respect, lee kuan yew was right, lying and manipulation does work at certain times. People who think they should be honest without exceptions are fucking dumbasses that will be destroyed in this world. Fortunately unlike lee kuan yew, I actually use manipulation for good, instead of making 5 million people slaves.

I, Amos Yee, fucking rule. Why are people so intimidated by the police? I guess because they’re not willing to resort to manipulation or making their cunt parents ‘worried’; once you liberate yourself from that, with a little hint of intelligence you can easily shit all over the singapore government, and that 50-year long dictatorship doesn’t seem that menacing anymore. Touche motherfucker; I am on fire; HAHAHAHAHAHA!! :D

Amos Yee
